Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products.

  • Item Condition: Must be in original, sealed packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required.

  • Opened Products: Refunds are not offered for opened or partially used products, except under our 60-Day Guarantee (see below).

60-Day Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

We believe in giving supplements a fair chance. For first-time customers:

  • You must use the product consistently for 60 days before requesting a refund.

  • Refund requests made before the full 60-day trial are not eligible.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

  • If your order has already shipped, it falls under the return and guarantee terms above.


Return Instructions

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive authorization and return instructions.

  3. Package items securely with all original packaging.

  4. Ship using a trackable service. Customers cover shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect products.

  • For other cases (e.g., preference changes), please follow the return process and place a new order.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.


Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are inspected within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
