Welcome to RevitalGlow. The terms we, us, and our refer to RevitalGlow. RevitalGlow operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you the customer with a curated shopping experience. RevitalGlow is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service together with any policies referenced in these Terms describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Section 1 Access and Account

You represent that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have rights to provide it. Section 2 Our Products

We aim to represent our products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary due to device settings. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations. Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue products and may limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We must receive and process your payment before acceptance. Review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to cancel after acceptance. If we do not accept or we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the details you provided. Purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Section 4 Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of order and will appear in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges. Promotions may have separate terms. If there is a conflict, promotion terms govern. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and payment information and to update it as needed. You represent that the payment method is valid and that charges will be honored and paid.

Section 5 Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver products to the carrier.

Section 6 Health and Safety No Medical Advice

Our supplements and content are for general informational purposes only. They do not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always review ingredients and consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop use and consult a professional if you experience any adverse reaction.

Refunds or compensation are not provided for side effects, sensitivities, or allergic reactions. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you.

Section 7 Ingredient and Allergy Acknowledgment

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient list and any advisory statements on the product label and on the product page. You accept all risks related to allergies or sensitivities.

Section 8 Subscriptions and Auto Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel. Minimum commitment is one billing cycle. To ensure cancellation applies to the next cycle, submit your request at least ten days before the next billing date. If you cancel within ten days of the next billing date, cancellation will apply to the following cycle. Once a recurring order is processed and shipped, refunds are not available. Section 9 Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee

Your purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. Key points for clarity

1. No refunds or compensation for side effects, sensitivities, or allergic reactions.

2. No refunds for opened or partially used products, except under the sixty day guarantee for first time customers as defined in the Refund and Return Policy.

3. No refunds for recurring orders once processed and shipped.

4. Follow the procedures and timeframes stated in the Refund and Return Policy.

Section 10 Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content are owned by RevitalGlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal and non commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without prior written consent. All trademarks, names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Section 11 Optional Tools

We may provide access to third party tools as is and as available without warranties or endorsements. Your use of any optional tool is at your own risk and you should review the third party terms.

Section 12 Third Party Links

The Services may contain links to third party sites and materials. We do not control and are not responsible for their content. Your use of third party sites is at your own risk. Review third party policies before any transaction. Any complaints or issues should be directed to the third party.

Section 13 Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with RevitalGlow. Shopify is not responsible for any purchase you make from us. You release Shopify from claims related to your purchases and transactions with RevitalGlow.

Section 14 Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify privacy practices. Information you submit may be processed in other countries to provide the Services. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

Section 15 Feedback and Reviews

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content, you grant us a perpetual worldwide sublicensable royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for any purpose. You represent that you have rights to the content and that it complies with these Terms and with applicable law. We may but are not obligated to monitor or remove content.

Section 16 Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

The Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We may correct any errors and update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you submit an order.

Section 17 Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to violate laws or rights, not to harass or harm others, not to transmit false or misleading information, not to send unsolicited promotions, not to impersonate others, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Section 18 Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time in our discretion. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date. Provisions that by nature should survive will continue to apply, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.

Section 19 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by RevitalGlow, the Services and all products are provided as is and as available without any warranty, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement. We do not warrant that use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some statements may not apply to you.

Section 20 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall RevitalGlow or our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products, including claims based on product use, adverse reactions, or reliance on content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Section 21 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevitalGlow, Shopify, and their affiliates and personnel from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or rights of others, or your use of the Services or products. We will notify you of any indemnified claim and may control the defense and settlement. You agree to cooperate.

Section 22 Severability

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Section 23 Waiver and Entire Agreement

A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms together with policies posted on the site form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior communications.

Section 24 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

Section 25 Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements for Services are governed by the laws and courts in the jurisdiction where RevitalGlow is headquartered. You and RevitalGlow consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.
