yes, we do accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the current item yourself and place a new order. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs if the item is non-defective.

We recommend checking all packaging you receive for defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
